Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Kitty Nip - Cat Dating App (package name: computer.star.kittynip), developed by ElThree, Inc., explicitly and unequivocally prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, describes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (individuals under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
• Grooming: Any behavior intended to establish an emotional connection with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, abuse, or trafficking is strictly prohibited.
• Sextortion: Any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or extort a minor through threats related to sexual content is strictly prohibited.
• Child Trafficking: Any facilitation, promotion, or involvement in the trafficking of minors for sexual purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Sexual Exploitation of Minors: Any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children is strictly prohibited.
• Age Misrepresentation: Users must be at least 18 years old to use Kitty Nip. Any attempt to misrepresent age or interact with minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Age Verification and Restrictions

Kitty Nip - Cat Dating App (package name: computer.star.kittynip), published by ElThree, Inc., is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

If we become aware that a user is under 18 years of age, we will immediately:

• Terminate the user's account
• Delete all associated data
• Report the incident to appropriate authorities if required by law

3. In-App Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

Kitty Nip - Cat Dating App (package name: computer.star.kittynip), developed by ElThree, Inc., provides multiple in-app mechanisms for users to report concerning behavior, including potential CSAE:

• Report User Feature: Users can report other users directly from within any chat conversation by accessing the "Actions" menu and selecting "Report user." This feature allows users to report inappropriate behavior, including suspected CSAE.
• Block User Feature: Users can immediately block any user they feel uncomfortable interacting with, preventing further communication.
• Feedback System: All reports are logged and reviewed by our safety team. Users can provide additional context when reporting.

All reports are taken seriously and are reviewed promptly. Reports related to child safety are prioritized and escalated immediately.

4. Method for Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Kitty Nip - Cat Dating App (package name: computer.star.kittynip), published by ElThree, Inc., has implemented comprehensive measures to detect, prevent, and address CSAM:

• Automated Content Scanning: We utilize automated systems to scan user-uploaded content for potential CSAM.
• Manual Review: All reported content is manually reviewed by trained safety specialists.
• Immediate Action: Upon detection or report of CSAM, we immediately:

  • Remove the content from our platform
  • Terminate the associated user account(s)
  • Preserve evidence for law enforcement
  • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement agencies as required by law
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations related to CSAE and CSAM.
• NCMEC Reporting: We report suspected CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline in accordance with applicable laws, including the PROTECT Act.

7. User Education and Awareness

We are committed to educating our users about child safety:

• Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit CSAE and require users to be at least 18 years old.
• Users are informed about reporting mechanisms during onboarding and through in-app help resources.
• We regularly update our safety policies and communicate changes to users.

8. Continuous Improvement

ElThree, Inc. is committed to continuously improving our child safety measures. We regularly:

• Review and update our safety policies and procedures
• Train our team on the latest child safety best practices
• Implement new technologies and methods to detect and prevent CSAE
• Collaborate with child safety organizations and law enforcement

9. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of our Child Safety Standards will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement and/or NCMEC
• Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

We reserve the right to take any and all legal action available against violators.

10. Reporting to Authorities

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please:
